The Tour of Andaman, 2019, organized by Team Parikrama, was a fantastic way to see the islands firsthand! Even though I have been seeing these islands since the late '90s, cycling our way from Baratang to Diglipur and then around Diglipur, gave me an experience that was out of this world. The roads were horrible ( no reflection on the organizers), but like one of our friends kept saying - it built character!
Looking forward to the next edition!

The Tour of Andamans was a great way to experience the pristine nature of Andamans. The forests that we cycled through are untouched and have been for centuries. There were so many birds we got to see along the way. The personal best was having a Kingfisher fly in front of me as I came downhill and it stayed on my path which was magical. The ride was challenging with the numerous uphills. Andamans is not flat at all the terrain and the rain make the experience all the more memorable.
