Touring Sri Lanka promises breathtaking vistas, diverse experiences, and a journey that captivates you at every turn.
Day 0 – Arrival in Colombo | Pre-Tour Briefing
Welcome to Sri Lanka!
Your tour begins with a warm island welcome in Negombo. Settle in, unwind by the coast, and meet your crew for the bike fit and pre-tour briefing.
This is where the excitement begins — new roads, new stories, and an adventure waiting to unfold.
Day 1 – Negombo → Anuradhapura
Ride: 80 km | Elevation: 300 m | Drive: 2 hrs
Your first ride is a beautiful warm-up along the coastal stretch — fishing villages, palm-dotted lanes, and the salty breeze guiding you all the way to Madurankuli. From here, we transfer to the ancient kingdom of Anuradhapura, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Guided exploration of the sacred ancient city by bus

Old stupas, carved stone ponds, and centuries-old monasteries
A perfect start — a blend of coastal charm and historical grandeur.
Day 2 – Anuradhapura → Sigiriya
Ride: 80 km | Elevation: 300 m | Drive: 30 mins
Today is a pure cyclist’s delight — long stretches of gravel and canal-side paths surrounded by lush paddy fields.
This is rural Sri Lanka at its best: calm, green, authentic.
Arrive in Sigiriya and prepare for the highlight of the evening —
Climb the iconic Lion Rock for the sunset.
The view from the top? Absolutely surreal.

Day 3 – Sigiriya → Kandy
Ride: 80 km | Elevation: 700 m | Drive: 2 hrs
Ride through backroads as you leave the plains and gently enter the hill country.
Expect changing landscapes — villages, spice gardens, and forest patches.
At Madawala Ulpotha, we take a transfer to the cultural capital Kandy.

Day 4 – Kandy → Nuwara Eliya
Ride: 60 km | Elevation: 1000 m | Drive: 1 hr
A classic hill-country climb.
We start from Peradeniya and wind our way through tea estates, eucalyptus forests, and mist-filled mountain roads.
This is the day Sri Lanka reveals its alpine charm — crisp air, plantations, and colonial-era architecture.
Arrive at Nuwara Eliya, lovingly called “Little England.”

Day 5 – Nuwara Eliya → Ella
Ride: 40 km | Elevation: 1000 m | Drive: 40 mins
Morning begins with a scenic ride towards Horton Plains, followed by a walk across its cloud forests and grasslands — including the famous World’s End viewpoint.
Then comes the magic:
A gorgeous downhill ride to Ohiya → and from there, the iconic train journey to Ella through tunnels, tea gardens, and towering bridges.
This is one of Asia’s most beautiful train rides.
Day 6 – Ella → Udawalawa
Ride: 70 km | Elevation: 400 m | Drive: 45 mins
Explore the charming attractions of Ella in the morning:

Little Adam’s Peak
Then, mount your bikes for long downhill sections, pit stops at waterfalls, and a mix of paved & gravel roads.
Finish at Udawalawa → followed by an evening wildlife safari.
Expect elephants, deer, birds, and beautiful wilderness.
Day 7 – Udawalawa → Mirissa → Galle → Colombo
Ride: 60 km | Elevation: 300 m | Drive: 1 hr to Galle + Colombo transfer
Start from the hotel through stunning canal-side gravel routes.
Finish your ride at Beliatta with refreshing tropical fruits.
From here, a quick expressway drive brings you to the southern coast.

Relax at the serene beach
Continue towards Galle for a relaxed stroll around the Dutch Fort — cobblestone streets, cafés, lighthouses, and sunset views.
